Geodoma is a worldwide home search experience that connects home searchers directly with the listing contact.

To provide transparency, Geodoma aims to publish information about real estate for the public entirely as an impartial media service. Geodoma is not a broker, we do not display paid ads from brokers, and we do not endorse any one broker. All honest real estate professionals are valued users on Geodoma, regardless of specific brokerage affiliation.

In a highly challenging world of real estate, certain information is confusing and misleading to consumers. Some licensed shell/paper brokers falsely claim that they operate as online media companies, forgoing fair adverting rules and steering consumers into referral networks participants. Other licensed brokers unlawfully advertise services as free when, in fact, they receive compensation.

For these reasons, Geodoma promotes Fair Listings Display Guidelines designed to help consumers and real estate professionals to offer and consume accurate information and to enjoy a fully transparent real estate process in accordance with antitrust and truth-in-marketing principles and regulations.

Fair Listings Display Guidelines help protect the integrity of real estate transactions, they help protect real estate professionals' reputations, and they help consumers receive full service representation from honest service providers.

Fair Display of All User Listings.

Search results return listings sorted and ranked based upon the home searchers' search parameters. The search results do not give preference to any type of featured listing. Geodoma earns upfront, non-refundable, and nominal listing publishing fees when our users publish new listings. There are never any commissions, hidden fees, or pay-to-play steering between Geodoma and our valued users.

Consistent Display of All Listing Data.

Each user determines the amount of listing data and listing images to display on Geodoma. There are no added fees for displaying any data related to the listing, such as fees for additional photographs or fees to display the listing contact information.

No Ads for Other Brokerages or Agents Displayed on Listings.

Only the actual listing contact is displayed on the every listing. No ads from companies that may compete with a broker's affiliated businesses (such as iBuyers, mortgage, title, or escrow companies) are displayed on any listings published on Geodoma.

All buyer requests originated by users on Geodoma are sent directly to the listing contact. Buyer contact requests are never diverted elsewhere, and no additional fees are charged for sending or receiving of any contact requests. Every listing has listing contact information prominently displayed.

For brokers, in addition to full contact information, image, and logo (as provided by the broker) two prominent URL references are also available: (1) a link directly to the listing displayed on brokerage website, and (2) a link directly to the 3D/VR tour to enhance the listing.

No Syndication of Active Listings with Third-Party Services.

There is no syndication or sale of users' active listings information with any other services. All users may change status, adjust price, or cancel any active listing on Geodoma.

Transparent Offers of Cooperative Buyer Agent Commission.

Geodoma does not prohibit the home seller and their listing agent to make a competitive cooperative offers of Buyer Agent Commissions, as a concession to allow the future home buyer to offset the high out-of-pocket costs of hiring a buyer agent, as long as home buyer is able to lawfully negotiate buyer rebate with their buyer agent.

Real estate professionals may make a cooperative Buyer Agent Commissions offers only in jurisdictions where buyer agent rebates are allowed by state law. According to the United States Department of Justice, in eleven US states buyer agents are banned from offering rebates: Alaska, Oregon, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, New Jersey and Tennessee. In all other jurisdictions where buyer agent rebates are allowed, cooperative Buyer Agent Commission offers may not be contingent upon an increase/decrease of demand/offer price of the underlying property transaction.

Making a cooperative offer of Buyer Agent Commission on Geodoma is optional and the amount must be established independently by each real estate professional with expressed consent from each individual real estate seller for each individual property listing. Real estate professionals may never use Geodoma services to offer uniform, collective, or standard cooperative Buyer Agent Commissions offers and must establish all commissions and cooperative offers of compensation individually and independently in accordance with federal and state antitrust regulations.

Unrepresented sellers may not make offers of cooperative Buyer Agent Commissions directly to buyer agents when using Geodoma services.

User listings are never excluded or ranked in search results based on the amount of cooperative Buyer Agent Commissions compensation offered, or not offered, to home buyers represented by buyer agents.

No Professional Services Offered for Free.

Real estate professionals should never characterize their real estate brokerage services as free if they are receiving compensation from any source.
